Main workflows
Open a local DXF
Choose a DXF with the file button or drag and drop. Select several files to switch between drawings.
Open a remote URL
Enter a URL and press Enter or Open URL. Semicolon-separated URL lists are also supported.
Manage server files
Signed-in users can upload, search, bookmark, inspect, download, delete and restore files in file management.
Review a drawing
Use layer visibility, search, grouping, the minimap, zoom, fit and rotation to inspect the relevant area.
Measure
Enable measurement mode and select points on the drawing to review distances and areas.
Export
Save the current view as PNG, download the original DXF or use browser printing to create a PDF.
Permissions and security
- Public local viewing does not require sign-in.
- Server file lists, details, downloads and permissions require sign-in and file access.
- Administrators can inspect all files, user status, failures and audit history.
- Sensitive APIs use rate limits, upload validation and security headers.
Troubleshooting
- If a drawing is blank, use Fit to screen and retry with UTF-8 or CP949 encoding.
- Remote URLs must be reachable by the server and allow downloads.
- Server uploads must pass extension, size and DXF SECTION signature validation.
- If a file is missing after sign-in, request access from its owner or an administrator.
- If registration reports a database migration, an operator must apply the Prisma migration.
DXF viewer shortcuts
- Ctrl/Cmd+Z: undo the latest layer, measurement, markup, comparison or display action
- Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+Z or Ctrl/Cmd+Y: redo
- Esc: end a selection or authoring action, or close an open dialog
- Undo and redo shortcuts do not run while an input, select or text area has focus.

Can I open a drawing without signing in?
Yes. Local files open directly in the browser. Server file management, bookmarks and permissions require sign-in.
Which CAD formats are supported?
DXF is supported directly. Server files are analyzed for version, bounds, entity and layer distribution, notable entities, SHX and font mappings. DWG is converted to DXF when an external converter is configured on the server.
How do the desktop viewers differ?
Pro Dark suits dense CAD work, Modern Light provides a bright review surface and Minimal Focus keeps attention on the drawing.
Can I save as PDF?
Server drawings can produce standard, vector and tiled PDFs. For local files, use Save as PDF in the browser print dialog.
What can administrators inspect?
Administrators can inspect user status, file owners, permissions, audit logs, failure history, operational alerts and telemetry summaries.
