Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the viewer.run website, viewers, file management, authentication, and related features provided by 지엑스소프트 (the “Company”), and the parties’ rights and obligations.

The service provides browser-based viewing of CAD, 3D, document, PDF, SVG, and ICO files; supported remote URLs; server file management; layer and measurement tools; analysis, previews, collaboration, audit logs, and administration. Availability depends on format, plan, and operating environment.

Server files and administration require sign-in and, where applicable, email verification. If you use OAuth/OIDC or enterprise SSO from Google, Kakao, Naver, or Microsoft, that provider’s terms and privacy policy also apply. Roles limit access. You must protect your account and authentication methods and are responsible for unauthorized sharing or use to the extent permitted by law.

You may upload or open only files for which you hold the necessary rights. The service may retain the original name, size, storage reference, uploader, and analysis metadata and log material access. Local files are not stored as server files unless explicitly uploaded.

Remote DXF access may be limited by the source server’s CORS, permissions, and size limits. An authenticated proxy may restrict URL scheme, extension, and size. Unauthorized access to third-party systems or files is prohibited.

Free, Pro, Team, and Enterprise differ in storage, versions, sharing, and security. Public prices include VAT: Pro costs KRW 19,000 monthly or KRW 190,000 yearly; Team costs KRW 39,000 per active seat monthly or KRW 390,000 yearly. The one-time Team trial lasts 14 days for up to five seats. After expiry or downgrade, the workspace may become read-only without automatic file deletion.

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew at the then-displayed price unless canceled before the next date. Paid access begins after confirmed payment or manual activation. Failed payment may lead to retries and a grace period, followed by read-only access. Refunds depend on usage, payment method, law, and published policy. The payment provider processes card numbers and CVC; viewer.run does not store them.

Unauthorized uploading or sharing of confidential, copyrighted, or personal data; abusive automation; service disruption; quota or security circumvention; privilege escalation; and access to another workspace are prohibited.

The Company may limit service for security, legal compliance, incident response, or material breach. The service assists review but does not replace authoritative CAD, engineering, legal, or safety review. Liability follows mandatory law and does not exclude willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Effective date: 2026-05-25. Material changes will be announced before taking effect through the service, email, or another suitable channel. Applicable law and competent courts govern disputes, while mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
